BIOLUME Return & Refund Policy

At BIOLUME, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Period:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition with all packaging intact.

Free Returns:

  • We offer free returns on all eligible orders.

  • Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return process, and we’ll provide you with a pre-paid return label.

How to Return:

  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (or similar) to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  3. Attach the pre-paid return label and drop off the package at the nearest shipping location.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged goods).

Exchanges:

  • If you'd prefer an exchange, we can process that instead of a refund. Please let us know during the return process, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Exceptions:

  • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return or refund, unless damaged or defective.
